世界经济论坛（WEF）周三公布最新促进贸易指数排名，新加坡和香港领先地位不变，居首两位。
总部设于日内瓦的WEF每两年编撰一次ETI排名报告。指数评比指标，包括市场准入（market access）、海关管理（customs administration）、运输与通讯基础设施（transport and communications infrastructure）和商业环境（business environment）。
这项指数是由在WEF服务或由WEF邀请的经济专家，根据已公布的数据和全球大企业的调查结果编纂，最后为132个贸易国进行排名。
WEF表示，这份报告广泛被各国政府作为指南，思考如何改善出口贸易及进口人民所需和所盼的物品。
新加坡、香港、丹麦和瑞典4地领先地位不变，仍依次居前4名。美国从2010年的19名跌到23名。
前20名当中，欧洲联盟会员国与北欧及中欧密切的贸易伙伴国包办12名，国际贸易开放程度高。
芬兰上升6名到第6。英国从两年前的17名升到11名。法国仍维持在20名。欧盟经济强国德国，排名也维持第13。
新西兰排第5，欧洲自由贸易协会（EFTA）会员国瑞士、挪威和冰岛，分别排名8、12、16。
唯一跻身前20的拉丁美洲国家是智利，较2010年上升4名到第14。阿拉伯联合酋长国第19名，沙特阿拉伯从第40名一举进步到第27名。日本从25名升至18名。韩国则从27名滑到34名。澳洲第17。
整体来说，新兴经济体巴西、俄罗斯、印度、中国和南非组成的「金砖5国」（BRICS），表现相对较差。
同为贸易大国的中国排名也退步，从48名掉到56名，紧接是南非63名、巴西84名、印度掉了16名到100名。一心想成为全球经济成长动力的俄罗斯，排名则远远落至112，排名甚至比前苏联共和国塔吉克和吉尔吉斯还后面。
台湾排名略退，从2010年28名退到29名，其中之一的指标市场准入排名仍居后段班。
排名垫底的国家是遭强震重挫的海地、津巴布韦、石油大国委内瑞拉、非洲的布隆迪和乍得。
