星岛日报报道)手机偷拍裙底成风！港铁青衣与大围站昨晨上班繁忙时间，不足半小时内先后发生三宗偷拍「裙底春」事件，其中两宗发生在青衣站列车与月台上；三名涉嫌偷拍男子同落网，警方以涉嫌「在公众地方行为不检」，将三人拘捕带署。

三名男子先后在港铁站内偷拍裙底被捕。涉案三名男子分别姓刘（五十六岁）、姓杨（三十七岁）及姓冯（四十四岁）；案中三名受害女子年龄由三十至三十三岁不等。
港铁发言人指出，昨晨八时○三分，一列由东涌开往港岛列车上，一名三十三岁女子透过车上广播，向车长表示遭人用手机偷拍其裙底；警员到场在港铁青衣站四号月台列车上拘捕五十六岁姓刘男子。
三男分别涉案同落网
二十二分钟后，港铁青衣站月台，一名三十岁女子向职员求助，怀疑遭一名男子用手机偷拍裙底，警方事后将三十七岁姓杨男子带署，并将两案同列「在公众地方行为不检」处理。
另外，昨晨八时，一名三十一岁女子乘坐港铁列车期间，获一名好市民告知，她被人用手机拍摄「裙底春」，并在对方协助下将疑人截获，警员于港铁大围站，将涉案四十四岁姓冯男子拘捕。
港铁一日三宗偷拍事件，令女乘客感到不安。姓罗与姓林女生同表害怕，因为色狼无处不在，有时会「扮无嘢黐埋来」，她们尽量「靠边站」或用手袋遮盖裙子。
一名曾驻守铁路警区姓张警官透露，铁路沿线罪案以扒窃及偷拍裙底为主，当中偷拍事件更占首位，并且多发生在繁忙时段，原因除了是人多挤逼外，大多数巿民警觉性不足，或因赶上班没有出面制止，令偷拍狂有机可乘。
他指出，虽然铁路警区有一队约十人便衣警员沿线驻守，但偷拍事件有可能是即兴，防不胜防，要靠巿民互相帮忙，才可遏止。
警方数字显示，去年首八个月，港铁最少发生了一六〇宗偷拍裙底及非礼，平均每个月便发生二十宗，当中非礼占一〇五宗，偷拍裙底则是五十五宗。
