(星岛日报报道)近年不少香港家族因争产对簿公堂，成为城中热话。不过，作为香港首富，长和系主席李嘉诚昨日在股东会之后，率先披露「分身家」安排：长和系的资产会由长子李泽巨（Victor）管理，将来Victor会持有约四成长实股份，及应占长实旗下之和黄五成权益，加上百分之三十五点五赫斯基能源股权，初步估计李泽巨可获二千零四十一亿港元身家。另外李嘉诚又表示，会「畀钱李泽楷（Richard）」，并已准备好一笔巨额资金帮助李泽楷收购几家相当有规模的公司，所涉及的资产会比他现有资产以倍数计，但未有透露具体金额。

李嘉诚形容，这个安排两名儿子都开心，大家都不想麻烦。对于父亲的安排，在旁的长实副主席李泽巨微笑说︰「爸爸的安排，我永远都OK。」
「未想过退休，身体仍很好」

强调无偏心 两兄弟可换转
李泽楷接洽中的业务与长和系没有关系，李嘉诚直言「不会限制Richard将来经营与长和系同类的业务， 两兄弟的事业及财产均没有冲突，至于日后是否一起合作是两兄弟的事。他指Richard现时洽购并非传媒或娱乐行业公司，而是传统和长远的业务，有关公司不限于香港，新业务百分百拥有，可能会有合作伙伴，但会持有控制性股权，即使收购不成事，亦会预备这笔款项让他发展新事业」。
问及已准备好大笔资金予Richard收购，是否偏心？李嘉诚响应，无偏心，两兄弟可以换转。对于李嘉诚对旗下资产的安排，消息人士透露，李泽楷计划收购的业务，与电讯盈科、香港电讯信托及盈大地产并无关系。
另外，李嘉诚前年曾将基金会部分资产，委托李泽楷控制的资产管理公司柏瑞投资管理，涉及二十三亿港元。
传撑泽楷洽购保险业务
市场人士估计，现时由荷兰国际集团（ING）计划放售估值高达四百六十八亿港元的亚洲保险业务，可能亦属Richard有意洽购的业务。 至于何时开始对资产安排有这个想法，他形容在很久以前已开始，一直都在考虑，「Victor及Richard均对安排感到开心，现在还未有将资产分配予儿子，只是将来会给予他们，慈善基金会将由Victor及Richard管理，并由Victor担任主席」。
