【明报专讯】「淘宝」香港用户过去两年激增近两倍，保守估计港人每天「淘宝」逾千万元，但人民币付款程序令不少港人却步。淘宝网高层接受本报专访时透露，会在港增聘人手及采取多项措施扩展本港市场，包括争取调低运费、降低信用卡付款手续费。淘宝网又正跟多间香港银行商讨，研究可否藉网上银行转账或缴费聆等方法，简化淘宝购物付款过程。
亚里巴巴集团旗下的淘宝网近年发展迅速，以浏览量计算在中国排名第3，在香港亦排第7，淘宝网更估计，今年全球营业额可达1万亿元人民币。
淘宝网一直拒绝披露港区营业额，只透露2009年至今香港淘宝用户增近两倍，2011每名香港淘宝用户人均消费金额上升66%。本报以2009至10年间有报道曾指香港淘宝用户每日购物金额逾250万元推算，保守估计港人现时每天在淘宝网购物金额逾1200万元。
淘宝网3500员工多集中在浙江省杭州市，但阿里巴巴亚太区国际业务发展及市场部总监李芃君接受访问时称，淘宝网有意在香港大展拳脚，包括在香港增聘人手宣传，以及对香港用户常购的货品作评分，方便用户选购。她直言，淘宝网的流行令不少港客常用的跨境速递公司赚了钱，故淘宝网希望争取速递公司减低收费，以回馈淘宝的客户。
全球年营业额达1万亿
淘宝网受欢迎是因其独有的「支付宝」系统，有「先收货、后付款」保障，解决网上购物名不符实的忧虑，但用户一般要先透过第三方公司把港币转成人民币才可存入支付宝账户用以购物，令不少港人嫌麻烦而却步。
推中银卡购物优惠
李芃君受访时透露，淘宝网正研究用不同方法简化淘宝购物付款程序，包括正与本港多间大银行商讨，能否以电子银行、缴费聆或其他方法，令淘宝用户可更方便地为支付宝账户增值。
淘宝网亦希望长远能降低以信用卡购物时须付的高达3%手续费，像最近淘宝即与中银信用卡合作推出优惠，在年底前把港人用中银卡于淘宝购物（透过支付宝快捷支付服务）的手续费减低一半，至货款的1.5%。
传媒近月报道，淘宝网部分商户涉出售大量冒牌货及私烟，李芃君响应时强调，公司一直都有「打假」，若发现非法商品，商品会被下架，淘宝商户更可能被取消资格，淘宝网欢迎客户举报不法者。
