无良药房又出蛊惑招「劏客」！油尖两间药房怀疑以误导计价单位及「偷龙转凤」手法诈骗，警方接获投诉昨先后采取行动，揭发其中一家店铺的店员，涉嫌以螺片「调包」客人选购的贵价鲍片，涉款近二万元，两名店员被捕；另一间怀疑「黑店」的负责人亦被拘。
尖沙嘴有不良药房涉用螺片调换鲍片呃客，警方拘捕两名店员。被捕两名男子分别姓许及姓陈（二十五岁及二十七岁），两人涉嫌诈骗遭扣查；警方仍在追查药房负责人是否知情，不排除稍后陆续有人被捕，案件由油尖警区刑事调查队第二队跟进。
涉案药房开设在弥敦道游客区，面积只有二百平方呎，悬挂招牌以「政府注册、优质虫草」招徕，除售卖成药及奶粉外，亦有出售干鲍片及螺片海味，雇用四名男店员；案中受害人为一名来自马来西亚男游客，他较早前来港旅游光顾该药房，用一万九千元选购一批贵价干鲍片，其后发觉只是平价螺片。
内地妇买人参遭误导
警方人员早前已收集有关药房情报，接获受害游客报案后展开调查，警方相信事主当日在药房购买干鲍片后，两名店员分散其注意力；当中一人殷勤向事主介绍其他产品，另一人则用「偷龙转凤」手法，以螺片调换事主购买的鲍片。
昨晚七时，油尖警区刑事调查队第二队约七至八名探员展开行动，掩至有关药房进行突击搜查，探员当场拘捕两名涉案店员，并带走相关证物包括鲍片、螺片及相关证物。事后，被搜查药房另外两名店员，疑因事件张扬，熄灯关闸离去。
另外，昨午一时半，一名内地女子报案，指在油麻地弥敦道一间药房购买人参时，怀疑五十六岁姓许男负责人误导，她以为每半斤售价为五百六十元，但买了半斤结账售价却变成五千六百元。警方接报以涉嫌欺骗手段取得财产，将涉案负责人拘捕，事后获准保释下月中报到。
消费者委员会去年接获参茸海味店及药房的投诉个案急升三成四，达三百零五宗，当中七成二个案均涉及「以斤代両」混淆计价单位的投诉，按年升八成八。几乎所有投诉个案事主俱为旅客，其中内地客更高占八成半。
消委会指不良店铺看准内地人不熟悉香港法例，而且买完就走，容易成为受骗对象。至于经过点名批评不良销售店铺后，有关投诉今年有下降趋势。（彩虹汉语）
