新华网厦门5月18日电（记者杨维汉、周英峰）赖昌星走私犯罪集团首要分子赖昌星走私普通货物、行贿犯罪一案，今天上午在厦门市中级人民法院依法公开宣判。法院认定，赖昌星犯走私普通货物罪，判处无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产；犯行贿罪，判处有期徒刑十五年，并处没收个人财产人民币二千万元，两罪并罚，决定执行无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产；赖昌星的违法犯罪所得依法予以追缴。ydwRainbow Mandarin 彩虹汉语

厦门市中级人民法院经审理查明，1991年起，被告人赖昌星通过在香港、厦门等地设立公司、建立据点、网罗人员等，形成走私犯罪集团。1995年12月至1999年5月，赖昌星犯罪集团采取伪报品名、假复出口、闯关等手段，走私香烟、汽车、成品油、植物油、化工原料、纺织原料及其他普通货物，案值共计人民币273．95亿元，偷逃应缴税额人民币139．99亿元。为实施走私活动和谋取其他不正当利益，赖昌星于1991年至1999年间，直接经手或指使犯罪集团成员先后向64名国家工作人员贿送钱款、房产、汽车等财物，折合人民币共计3912．89万元。ydwRainbow Mandarin 彩虹汉语
